Raised in the desert of Southern California, Noelle moved to the Pacific Northwest to pursue academia. She earned a Bachelors in English, Literature, and Film with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.

Noelle writes professional copy and currently works as a ghostwriter. She also writes creative nonfiction and essays across various digital platforms. Her work has been published in chapbooks and Oregon State University’s Scholars Archive.
